Principles

Three core principles run through every stage of the MBA:

01

Radical personalisation

We believe that learning should start from the interests and passions of the individual. Oneday’s programme begins with an assessment of each founders’ skills, passions and uniqueness. From this we build an experience around the individual: assigning precisely the right mentor, handpicking a cohort of same-stage peers, and providing intensive 1:1 and small group work every week

02

Learning through doing

We believe that learning happens best when the information is required to perform a task. Oneday’s assignments and assessments are deeply practical in nature, never tokenistic. They form part of a meticulously structured methodology designed to enhance each founders’ chances of success. We will never ask founders to learn for learning’s sake.

03

An obsession with outcomes

We believe that the progress of each individual’s business is more important than strict academic success. Our entire programme is geared towards identifying the earliest signs of traction, growth and product-market-fit. If our founders are too busy running their businesses to attend their graduation ceremony, then we feel closer to achieving our mission. Your achievement as a founder is our obsession.

Practical

Oneday's curriculum

Oneday's curriculum is uniquely practical. The modules build up to a coherent methodology aiming to reduce costs, risk and uncertainty from each stage of the start-up process.

Each module has been designed by a group of leading industry thought-leaders and quality assured by Oneday's academic board.
